Replacement & Refund Policy:

Return requests are accepted only for damaged, leaking, wrong, or quality-defective products.

Please raise any return request within 48 hours of delivery for damaged/leaking/wrong products, and within 7 days for quality-related concerns.

The product must be unused or minimally used for checking, with at least 80% quantity remaining.

Original bottle, cap, label, seal, and packaging should be available wherever possible.

Replacement, or store credit will be processed only after product verification and quality inspection.

Products that are heavily used, tampered with, mixed, contaminated, custom-made, or specially packed are not eligible for return.
Return
In case of a missing, wrong, or damaged product, we will investigate the issue, and if found genuine, a gift code equivalent to the item’s value will be provided. Please ensure that the complaint is registered within 48 hours of delivery.
Cancellation
Once an order is placed inclusive of orders that are automatically placed under Subscription, it can be cancelled as long as the order has not been handed over to our delivery partner.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders as notified on the website (subject to change without prior notice). We also offer cash-on-delivery at no additional charge.
We partner with leading logistics providers to deliver across India. Depending on the city, your Gyan Organics order will reach your doorstep within 6-7 working days after order confirmation.
